Job Title Travel RN – Emergency Room Location San Jose, CA | Acute Care – Emergency Department Schedule / Job Type Contract (12 Weeks) | Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a 36-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio (1:1 or 2:1 for critical care patients) • Utilize Meditech EMR and Philips equipment to support clinical documentation and patient monitoring • Deliver care in a designated Stroke and STEMI center environment • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across varied staff compositions on night shift • Maintain compliance with unit dress code (scrubs, no specific color required) Required Qualifications • Active RN license valid in California • Minimum 3–5 years of Emergency Department experience in an acute care hospital setting • Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, and BLS Preferred Experience / Skills • Charge nurse experience • Prior travel or interim nursing experience in California Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a high-acuity Emergency Department that serves as a Stroke and STEMI center • Join a large, established ED team in a dynamic acute care environment
