Job Title Registered Nurse – Case Manager Location Anchorage, AK | Acute Care Hospital Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Contract Key Responsibilities • Perform hospital-based case management functions within an acute care setting • Coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and utilization management across the care continuum • Document and chart all case management activities using Epic EMR • Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed to meet operational demands • Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating basis (every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule) • Be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Required Qualifications • Active Alaska RN License required (must be in hand; pending license candidates may be screened but are not eligible for auto-offer) • BLS Certification required • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience • Epic EMR experience required • Acute care experience required • Hepatitis B vaccine required (titers and declinations are not accepted) • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted Preferred Experience / Skills • Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification preferred • Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are also considered • Experience working in a Magnet-designated or Level II Trauma facility Why Join Us • Opportunity to work at a nationally recognized, Magnet-designated acute care facility with Level II Trauma designation • Scrubs provided and parking available at no cost to the clinician
