Job Title Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab Location Anchorage, AK | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:00) | On-call required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital • Float within scope to EP (Electrophysiology) or IR (Interventional Radiology) as needed to meet facility demands • Participate in on-call rotation, including approximately one on-call day per week and every 4th/5th weekend (Friday 18:00–Monday 07:30) • Work approximately one Saturday per month as part of the standard four-shift weekly schedule • Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records • Be available to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Required Qualifications • Active Alaska RN license required; candidates with a pending Alaska RN license may be considered, but license must be in hand prior to offer finalization • BLS certification required • ACLS certification required • Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience • Willingness and ability to participate in on-call and weekend requirements as described • Hepatitis B vaccine required; titers and declinations are not accepted by the facility • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted Preferred Experience / Skills • EP (Electrophysiology) experience strongly preferred • Prior experience with Epic charting system • Experience floating to IR or EP lab environments Why Join Us • Opportunity to work at a nationally recognized Magnet facility and Level II Trauma center in a unique Alaskan setting • Scrubs provided and on-site parking available at no cost
