Job Title Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab Location Anchorage, AK | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:00) | On-Call Required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital • Participate in on-call coverage, including one on-call day per week and every fourth/fifth weekend (Friday 18:00–Monday 07:30) • Work approximately one Saturday per month as part of the regular four-shift weekly schedule • Float within scope to EP (Electrophysiology) or IR (Interventional Radiology) as needed to meet facility demands • Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records • Be available to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Required Qualifications • Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license required; pending AK license accepted for submission, but license must be in hand for offer • BLS certification required • ACLS certification required • Minimum of 2 years of relevant Cardiac Cath Lab experience • Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers and declinations are not accepted) • Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in Electrophysiology (EP) or Interventional Radiology (IR) • Familiarity with Epic electronic health records charting • Experience working in a Magnet-designated or Level II Trauma facility Why Join Us • Opportunity to work at a nationally recognized, Magnet-designated facility with a strong reputation for clinical excellence in Alaska • Expected 70 hours per two-week pay period, with scrubs and free parking provided on-site
