Job Title Registered Nurse – ICU Location Anchorage, AK | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | 3x12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights) | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital • Chart and document patient information using Epic • Float to like units within the facility or affiliate hospitals as needed to meet staffing requirements • Work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and at least 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) • Complete required facility onboarding modules prior to start and annually as directed Required Qualifications • Active Alaska RN license (pending license accepted for submission; license must be in hand prior to offer) • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience; first-time travelers not accepted • Prior Epic charting experience required • Hepatitis B vaccine required (titers and declinations not accepted) • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working in a Magnet-designated or Level II Trauma facility • Comfort working in a high-acuity ICU environment with a diverse patient population • Flexibility to float to like units as needed Why Join Us • Opportunity to work at a nationally recognized facility — ranked among the best hospitals in Alaska — with complimentary scrubs and free parking provided • Gain valuable experience in a dynamic, high-acuity setting in a unique Alaskan location
