Job Title Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology Location Saint Louis, MO | Short Term Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 24 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | No call, no weekends, no holidays | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in an Interventional Radiology setting with a 1:1 patient ratio • Perform peripheral IV starts and access ports with proficiency • Support procedural workflows within the IR/Special Procedures department • Chart and document patient care using EPIC • Float within the service line as needed to meet departmental needs Required Qualifications • Active RN license in Missouri or a qualifying compact license (pending licensure may be considered) • BLS certification required • ACLS certification required by compliance document deadline • Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred; candidates with strong IV and port access skills and less than 2 years may be considered for manager review • Proficiency in starting peripheral IVs and accessing ports is essential • Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills • Acute care nursing experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records • Experience in IR or special procedures environments a plus Why Join Us • Work at a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma Center and teaching hospital with over 1,200 staffed beds — a premier environment for clinical growth • Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday day schedule with expected 40 hours per week and no call, weekend, or holiday requirements
