Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur08:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk location within a utilities facility. • Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests according to site-specific policies. • Answer phones, receive and route inquiries, and communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders. • Monitor security-related systems, alarms, and cameras as assigned, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel. • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established procedures and emergency response protocols.
