Pay: $25.00 - $45.00+/hour (Hourly + Uncapped Commission) Sign-on Up to $3k What We Offer: • Comprehensive Medical, Prescription, Dental, & Vision Insurance (100% covered by the company) • Disability & Term Life Insurance • Company Matching 401k benefits • On-going Training and Development Opportunities • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off (PTO) What You Will Do: • Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have • Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation • Properly connect equipment • Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements What You Will Bring: • 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required) • Ability to communicate and present to customers • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school • Valid drivers’ license • Ability to handle heavy equipment • Ability to work outdoors Why work for us!
