Competitive Pay Based on Credentials & Licensure Position Pay Range Counselor I $21.25 – $26.00/hour Counselor II $25.00 – $31.00/hour Counselor III $31.25 – $36.06/hour Teammate Appreciation Benefits • Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities • Defined career advancement through our Counselor Tier Program • Access to 600+ free CEU courses • 18 days PTO plus 8 paid holidays • Student Loan Repayment Program eligibility at most locations • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives • Free clinical supervision (based on licensure and availability) • Supportive team environment focused on professional growth What You'll Do • Conduct patient assessments and participate in treatment planning • Complete intake evaluations and facilitate group counseling sessions • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling • Conduct treatment plan reviews and participate in case conferences • Educate patients on program expectations, rights, and recovery goals • Coordinate referrals to community resources and support services • Collect and administer urine/swab drug screens following chain-of-custody procedures • Attend supervision, team meetings, and required trainings • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations and policies Qualifications Counselor I Pay: $21.25 – $26.00/hour Required: • Bachelor's degree or higher; or qualifying CSAC credentials • CSAC Supervisee or CSAC Supervisee Pending preferred • Eligible for certification/licensure through the Virginia Board or nationally recognized certifying body • Experience in substance use treatment preferred Counselor II Pay: $25.00 – $31.00/hour Required: • Bachelor's degree or higher • One or more of the following: • CSAC • Resident in Counseling • Resident in Marriage & Family Therapy • Supervisee in Clinical Social Work • LCSW pathway candidate • Eligible for applicable licensure/certification in Virginia Counselor III Pay: $31.25 – $36.06/hour Required: • Master's degree or higher • Active Virginia licensure such as: • LPC • LCSW • LMFT • LSATP • Strong clinical counseling and treatment planning experience Join Our Team & Start Saving Lives Today If you're passionate about helping individuals overcome substance use disorders and build healthier futures, we encourage you to apply.
