As a DevOps Engineer, you will provide L2 operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day application and platform operations. You will leverage DevOps practices and AI-driven tools to proactively monitor systems, automate routine tasks, and efficiently investigate and resolve incidents escalated from lower support levels, improving overall system reliability and performance. Qualification: • Overall experience should be 5–10 Years in ITS Support • Strong experience in Application Support (L2) in enterprise environments. • Hands-on expertise in SAG WebMethods and Oracle Database. • Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting. • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls). • Experience with OpenShift or container platforms. • Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management processes. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Here’s what we are looking for: As a Senior Solution Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing second and third-level operational support on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving incidents that have not been addressed by lower support levels. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis of incidents. • Administer and support SAG WebMethods, including monitoring, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. • Manage and maintain Oracle Database environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. • Develop and enhance shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency. • Perform Linux system administration, including troubleshooting, log analysis, permissions, and performance tuning. • Diagnose application and infrastructure issues using strong networking fundamentals. • Support deployments and containerized environments on OpenShift/Kubernetes. • Monitor and maintain Shareplex replication, ensuring data integrity and synchronization. • Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions in a multinational environment. • Effectively prioritize tasks in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations. • Participate in on-call rotations and provide extended-hours support when required.
