The Associate HR Project Manager II (AHRPM-II) takes on a more advanced role by leading smaller projects or specific components of larger projects. This position involves developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring project performance. The AHRPM-II is responsible for managing project risks and issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role also includes supporting project managers on larger initiatives and providing comprehensive project reports to management. Duties and Responsibilities • Support HR Project Managers: Provide assistance and support to project managers on larger-scale initiatives. • Monitor and report on project performance: Track progress, performance metrics, and report to management. • Develop detailed project plans: Create comprehensive plans outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Lead smaller projects or project components: Take responsibility for managing specific parts of larger projects. • Ensure compliance with standards: Maintain quality assurance and ensure projects adhere to relevant standards and regulations. • Communication with stakeholders and project teams: Provide clear communication and updates to the project team and stakeholders.
