TITLE: Journey Builder III LOCATION: New York, NY ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 11/2026 to 11/2027 Responsibilities: Drive day-to-day operational workflows for in-app messaging and customer communications initiatives Work cross-functionally with strategy, product, engineering, and business teams to develop and launch multi-channel communications Develop and execute customer notifications supporting acquisition and engagement initiatives Serve as the subject matter expert for customer journey orchestration and execution Implement customer communications with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery Requirements: 5–7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives Experience with CRM or ESP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver quality projects on time Proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful approach with willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks Ability to remain calm under pressure, pivot as needed, and make sound judgment calls Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset in a matrixed environment Preferred Experience: SQL experience preferred The hourly pay rate range for this position is $ 60.00 to $ 67.39 an hour (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
