The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client, an $80 billion financial institution, to identify multiple Commercial Relationship Officers for its expanding National Association Banking division. Our firm has partnered with this client on six successful placements over the past 12 months, including the Team Leader for this expanding division. With more than 100 years of history, the bank offers one of the nation's premier Association Banking platforms. Responsibilities: This role is responsible for developing new relationships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominium Associations (COAs), Property Management Companies, and Community Association Management Firms by delivering specialized deposit, treasury management, and lending solutions. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely while partnering with an established national platform known for its strong credit support, competitive products, and collaborative culture. The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess: • 3 years minimum Commercial Association Lending focused on community associations, HOA's, and property management firms • Successful track record generating their own loans and deposits producing $30 million+ in loans and $30 million+ in deposits annually • External network to generate new business from within the community association banking space
