Specific Schedule & Assignment • Client Assignment: Providing care for a couple (two clients) in the same household. • Schedule: Every other weekend. • Days: Saturday and Sunday. • Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. • Shift Length: 12 hours per day. • Pay: Base hourly pay rate plus an additional 20% premium. Qualifications • Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to quality care. • Caregiving experience preferred; 5+ years of experience is a plus. • CNA certification and relevant training are valued. • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. • Negative TB test, as required. Responsibilities • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. • Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers. • Offer companionship and emotional support. • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping. • Provide medication reminders and follow care plans. • Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions. • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. • Provide compassionate and attentive care to both clients in the household.
