Location: Fort Worth Urgent Care Center Department: UCC - Fort Worth Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 36 Summary: The Registered Nurse will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families according to their identified needs. Nursing care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment. The Registered Nurse will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations, sound clinical judgment and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice. Shift: 630a - 7p Education/Experience: • Graduate of an accredited nursing program. • One year of nursing experience required. • 2+ years of RN experience preferred. • Emergency Department and/or Urgent Care experience preferred. • Pediatric experience preferred. • Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas. • Current BLS (American Heart). • PALS must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
