Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) of NROTC SEATTLE. Duties You will update and maintain data on staff and assist with tuition costing data. You will coordinate submission of scholarship packages and track status. You will compose a variety of Naval and business letters, memoranda and directives. You will monitor and update data from personnel accounting system. You will obtain all essential information from commissionees to complete information necessary to prepare pre-commissioning packets and officer's records. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining filing systems of various records; 2) Enter data into automated database systems; 3) Review documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines; 4) Utilize office automation equipment and software in order to prepare a variety of forms and correspondence.
