Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience delivering implementation projects, with ownership of key project phases. - Experience supporting ongoing operations or support projects (DevOps exposure is a plus). - Experience in working on RFPs, participate in solutioning calls. - Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements. - Regular client interaction experience, including handling day-to-day communication. - Experience leading and mentoring small to mid-sized teams (5–8 members). - 12+ years of experience Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of warehouse processes: Receiving, Putaway, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping. - Very strong experience in MAWM / MWOS / Active Scale - Proactive experience, ability to build extension packs in MAWM is a plus. - Experience with Labor Management (LM) is an advantage. - Experience with Slotting is a plus. - Understanding of Manhattan SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) is a plus. - SQL knowledge for debugging/logs/troubleshooting in WMOS. - Experience with OMS/TMS integration. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Manhattan certification (nice to have).
