• Consumer sensory research and other in-market research requiring specialist recruitment, sampling or execution controls.
• Research scoping, methodology selection, questionnaire and discussion-guide development, screeners, samples and quotas.
• Physical, digital and remote fieldwork planning, coordination, monitoring and issue resolution.
• Research agency governance, SOWs, budgets, contracts, invoicing and preferred-supplier ways of working.
• Research quality, respondent integrity, data accuracy, regulatory compliance and audit-ready documentation.
• Analysis oversight, synthesis, insight storytelling, stakeholder read-outs and activation support.
Research repositories, metadata, version control, reusable templates and continuous improvement of delivery standards
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting consumer or market research, qualitative or quantitative studies, or fieldwork operations.
• Experience coordinating research documentation, recruitment, fieldwork logistics, supplier follow-up, quality checks and stakeholder updates.
• Strong track record managing research agencies, SOWs, budgets, contracts, compliance and senior client interactions.
• Experience leading and developing research delivery teams across multiple role levels; regulated consumer-industry experience preferred.
