The position will work with all areas of the KCTCS (ERP) system, HR, Finance, and Campus solutions to manage identity within these modules, using Identity Management tools ( Rapid Identity, ). Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time Job Duties: A technical advisor who has experience with a wide variety of client and back-end systems, understand and solve the challenges of developing on the various client platforms and interfacing with the back-end systems and the vendors that host them. Work across functional and technical teams within Technology Solutions, Marketing, and other business units to drive consensus in product development and launch cycles for each application or feature. Work with vendors and technical teams to define application requirements and features for students, faculty, and staff Provide security leadership and support for all KCTCS ERP areas. Provide thought leadership and a unifying vision for the user experience while serving as ambassador for the client experience and the end-user across the system. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business, Computer Information Technology or related field and four (4) years relevant experience or equivalent Additional Skills Requested: •Programming in PeopleSoft or related Enterprise Resource Planning development languages and techniques: People Code, Application Designer, Unix Shell, SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query, etc. •Has a strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle preferred). •Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. •Experience with responsive design and programming. •Functional knowledge of Identity Management Systems.
