Board Certified Behavior Analyst Cortica is growing and seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team in Westlake Village! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes, grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Learn about our Whole-Child Model! Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Based primarily out of our Westlake Village clinic, with approximately 50% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 50% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute). Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1–2 evenings per week extending to 6:30–7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly — this is what you can expect from your schedule.
