Job Title MRI Technologist Location Nashville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Key Responsibilities • Perform MRI scans across Neuro, MSK, and Body procedures with procedure times ranging from 40–120 minutes • Operate Philips MRI equipment including two 1.5T and one 3.0T closed-bore scanners across 3 scan rooms • Administer IV injections as required for applicable imaging procedures • Support a high-volume imaging environment with two scanners running continuously • Work collaboratively within a team of 4–5 staff members; traveler will never work alone • Operate with the support of on-site leadership and physician staff throughout each shift Required Qualifications • ARRT (RT, MRI) certification required • AHA BLS certification required • Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience • Proficiency with IV injection administration • Ability to manage a high volume of imaging requests in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with Philips MRI equipment (1.5T and/or 3.0T) • Background in Neuro, MSK, and Body MRI imaging protocols • Experience working in a high-volume imaging department Why Join Us • Work within a well-supported team environment with consistent leadership and physician presence on every shift • Call is not required for this assignment, offering a predictable and structured schedule
