Job Title RN - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location Jeffersonville, IN | PCU/Stepdown Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Perform assessments and reassessments per policy and procedure or as warranted by patient condition, demonstrating the ability to make sound independent clinical decisions • Initiate, prioritize, and implement individualized plans of care; review and revise plans as indicated in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams • Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions • Facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate patient and family education specific to care, treatment, and discharge needs • Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel; serve as a mentor and preceptor; participate in quality, safety, and service process improvement efforts • Comply with regulatory standards and participate in the Practice Governance model Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required • Minimum of two (2) years of acute care RN experience • Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a dynamic progressive care environment with a focus on patient and family centered care and evidence-based practice • Supportive team culture that encourages professional development, mentorship, and clinical excellence
