Job Title Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location Clovis, NM | Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care plan and supervising clinicians • Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and safety • Maintain valid state LPN licensure and comply with all facility credentialing requirements Required Qualifications • Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico • Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times • Must wear a visible photo badge while on assignment • Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer • Additional vaccine doses may be required where mandated by law Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems • Strong communication and documentation skills in a team-based care setting Why Join Us • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of long-term care residents in a supportive clinical environment • Work with a staffing partner dedicated to matching skilled nursing professionals with quality care settings
