Job Title Travel RN – ICU (Night Shift) Location Corpus Christi, TX | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7P–7A | Every other weekend required Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a 24-bed ICU setting with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 • Operate and monitor advanced equipment including ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, Impella devices, and intra-aortic balloon pumps • Perform and assist with procedures such as intubation, central line management, bronchoscopy, EVD and ICP monitoring, pacers, and bolts • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and unit staff across night shift • Float to the Doctors ICU as needed • May be placed on call if not needed for a scheduled shift; no additional on-call expectations beyond that shift Required Qualifications • Active RN license valid in Texas (or compact license eligibility) • Minimum ICU experience required — candidates without ICU experience will not be considered • BLS certification required • ACLS certification required Preferred Experience / Skills • Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience • Cardiovascular surgery experience • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Why Join Us • Work in a well-staffed, high-acuity ICU environment with access to advanced critical care technology and procedures • Gain experience in a dynamic unit with a collaborative team and clear scheduling expectations
