How you'll make an impact Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and initial assessments. Deliver a positive onboarding and orientation experience for new employees. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems. Partner with employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices. Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and resolution strategies. Support performance management activities, including reviews, goal setting, and development planning. Process HR transactions related to payroll, benefits, and employee data changes. Contribute to HR programs, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Your background Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar Human Resources role. Solid understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations principles. Experience working with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is an advantage. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
