Fabrication Shop Quality Control Manager Responsibilities • Oversee daily quality control, inspection, and quality assurance processes. • Review finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and company standards. • Inspect materials, components, and finished products for quality and accuracy. • Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation. • Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns. • Help identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. • Ensure quality procedures and standards are consistently followed. • Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
