We are seeking a Complex Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the culinary and beverage operations for Sable at Navy Pier, Lirica, and Offshore Rooftop—the world's largest rooftop bar. What You’ll Do: • Lead & Innovate – Develop and execute cutting-edge F&B concepts that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue. • Deliver Excellence – Ensure world-class service, quality, and consistency across multiple venues. • Inspire & Develop Teams – Foster a high-performing culture, mentor talent, and lead with passion. • Optimize Operations – Oversee budgets, P&L, cost control, and compliance while maximizing efficiency. • Curate Culinary & Beverage Experiences – Partner with chefs and beverage teams to create trend-forward menus and engaging dining experiences. • Engage & Elevate – Build guest loyalty through personalized service, innovation, and memorable experiences.
