Description JOB SUMMARY This individual will manage multiple trade projects from the point of sale through the final billing. They will be the point of contact through product installation, follow-up service, and other construction challenges when warranted, while providing top tier customer service. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Effectively utilize the Order Management and Service Software. • Conduct order reviews to ensure alignment with plans and specifications and review any discrepancies with sales team and customer. • Communicate with all internal team members as needed during the project • Order all materials required from Pella and outside vendors to maximize profitability and timeliness. • Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation and manage any service needs or punch lists that may come up. • Produce all close out documentation to complete the project. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports to Customer Service Manager. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Previous project management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • College degree • Knowledge of architectural drawings and details • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebem Gunton Corporation is pleased to be an equal employment employer.
