About the Position: In the Housekeeping Manager role, you will be responsible for the management of the entire Housekeeping Department, including laundry and public areas.  This person ensures cleanliness of all internal and external areas of the resort through daily inspections.  This position is also responsible for departmental ordering and inventory as well as maintaining appropriate staffing levels. About You: You are passionate, energetic and to whom pleasing and impressing guests comes naturally. Essential Duties: Oversee recruitment, hiring, scheduling, performance management, and all personnel documentation for the Housekeeping Department. Ensure all staff complete required training, including orientation, safety, and regulatory certifications. Plan, assign, and inspect all housekeeping work to ensure company standards are consistently met or exceeded. Maintain accurate inventory, order supplies, and monitor labor and supply expenses to stay within budget. Work closely with Front Desk, Maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations, timely room readiness, and issue resolution.
