Job Details: Job Location: Corporate Office - AUSTELL, GA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Lab portfolio, with a focus on Safety Blood Collection and the products hospital labs and phlebotomy teams rely on every day.
The Lab Product Manager will own portfolio strategy and commercial execution, from understanding customer needs and market dynamics to shaping the roadmap, launching new products, and driving growth.
Clinical and market credibility matter. We’re looking for someone who understands blood collection, laboratory workflows, or safety-engineered medical devices and can translate that expertise into a winning portfolio strategy.
What You’ll Own
Portfolio Strategy. Set the strategy, positioning, pricing, and roadmap for the Lab & Safety portfolio, identifying where to invest, grow, and innovate.
New Product Launches. Lead commercialization from strategy through execution, including positioning, pricing, sales enablement, and launch readiness.
Voice of the Customer. Build relationships with lab directors, phlebotomy leaders, safety professionals, and other clinical stakeholders. Translate customer insights into actionable portfolio and product requirements.
Commercial Performance. Own portfolio performance through forecasting, gross profit analysis, pricing strategy, and business case development.
Cross-Functional Leadership. Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain to move priorities forward and drive adoption.
Market Intelligence. Maintain a strong understanding of competitors, clinical trends, safety requirements, and evolving customer needs to identify opportunities and anticipate market shifts.
Qualifications: What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
3–5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or clinical/commercial roles within medical devices, diagnostics, or related healthcare markets.
Direct experience with safety blood collection, hospital laboratories, phlebotomy, or safety-engineered medical devices strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to translate customer needs into commercial and product strategy.
Demonstrated experience leading product launches and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, financial analysis, and business case development.
Ability to engage credibly with clinical customers, commercial teams, and senior leadership.
Why This Role
Meaningful ownership. Drive the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of a growing portfolio.
Visible impact. Work on products that directly support clinician and patient safety.
Room to build. Help shape the future of the Lab & Safety portfolio as we expand our presence in the market.
Broad exposure. Work across clinical, commercial, operational, and product development teams with significant visibility across the organization.
