Title: Intake Navigator Compensation: $27/hr Shift/Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a local Government Agency to find an engaging Education Intake Navigator. In this role, you will serve as the primary entry point for Education and Training (E&T) clients, providing assistance in guiding them through educational pathways supporting their academic and career success. What you will do: • Help identify educational pathways and academic assessments for clients covering adult literacy, occupational training, and employability skills. • Collaborate with social services agencies and partner organizations to gather data tracking student progress, coordinating referrals to partner agencies. • Provide employability skills training resources and sharing community college educational opportunities and resources with partners. What you will bring: If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you! • Associate’s degree • experience with engaging partners marketing or recruitment • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and database management experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • The ability to build collaborative relationships and work independently.
