Job Title: Revit Drafter Job Description Join a dynamic architectural firm as a Revit Operator where you will be instrumental in producing construction drawings independently using Revit. While experience in healthcare or educational projects is highly advantageous, it is not a requirement. Responsibilities • Produce construction drawings independently using Revit. • Engage in various institutional projects, including municipal, public works, and educational projects. • Conduct research on building codes to ensure compliance. • Participate in all project phases, from schematic design to design development and construction drawings. Essential Skills • 5-15 years of experience in architecture. • Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce construction drawings independently. • Experience in healthcare, municipal, large-scale commercial, or office projects. • Familiarity with construction documents, AutoCAD, design, and construction administration. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hackensack, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
