Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field • Strong product management experience, in data management or telemetry. • Strong knowledge of Splunk, telemetry solutions, and data movement technologies. • Excellent customer management and communication skills. • Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes. • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity. • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations. • Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights, including data visualization using approved tools • Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Advanced expertise in Splunk and telemetry tools. • Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
