Support workforce planning activities including demand forecasting, headcount planning, and talent analytics. Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable workforce insights. Perform data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation activities. Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and leadership teams. Support integrations and reporting across SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities. Required Skills Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA).
