Delivering Solutions that Matter: • ~Direct and oversee nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations. • ~Lead and supervise nursing staff, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, competency assessment, and professional development. • ~Monitor clinical outcomes and quality measures, including falls, pressure injuries, infections, rehospitalizations, medication management, and other key indicators. • ~Ensure regulatory and survey readiness by maintaining compliance with CMS, state, and organizational standards, while addressing deficiencies and implementing corrective action plans. • ~Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, rehabilitation, social services, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans and improve resident outcomes.
