Leads and directs laboratory personnel whose primary responsibilities are the collection and testing of specimens in order to provide physicians timely accurate lab test results. Oversees a wide variety of administrative and technical activities; responsible for revenue and operating budgets and a personnel staff. Works closely with Pathologists. Insures compliance with regulations/standards and maintains accreditations and licensures.
