Job Title Director of Rehabilitation Location Belle Fourche, SD Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to therapy staff including PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA professionals • Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care • Monitor department performance, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment planning Required Qualifications • Active licensure as a PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA in good standing • Experience in a Director of Rehabilitation or similar leadership role • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation regulations and compliance standards Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience as a Director of Rehab in a contract or travel capacity • Experience managing multidisciplinary therapy teams • Familiarity with PACS or similar rehabilitation management software Why Join Us • Opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role in a supportive rehabilitation setting • Gain valuable contract experience while making a direct impact on patient outcomes
