Job Title Travel RN – Emergency Room Location Salt Lake City, UT | Acute Care / Emergency Department Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Expected 36 hours/week Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department and Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) settings with a 4:1 patient ratio • Perform and assist with advanced procedures including intubation, chest tubes, and central lines • Collaborate within a team nursing model alongside paramedics, EMTs, and dedicated unit secretaries • Float between the main ED and FSED locations as needed per unit floating policy • Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health records system • Meet weekend scheduling requirements of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period Required Qualifications • Active RN License — must be in hand at time of submission • ACLS and BLS certifications required • PALS certification required • TNCC or ENPC certification required • CPI certification required • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced emergency environment Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II Emergency Department • Familiarity with FSED or multi-site ED environments • Experience with Epic documentation system Why Join Us • Work in a well-staffed, team-oriented Emergency Department with dedicated support staff including unit secretaries, paramedics, and EMTs • Gain experience across a dynamic multi-unit ED environment in a vibrant western U.S. city
