Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Maryville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every other weekend coverage expected, subject to change based on facility need Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting • Accurately document patient information and clinical assessments using EPIC EMR • Administer and manage medications using the Omnicell medication system • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, high-quality emergency care • Float to other units and/or campuses as needed based on census and facility requirements, within demonstrated competencies Required Qualifications • Active Tennessee RN License • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI, and PALS • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting • Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR • Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible at full rate; candidates residing 50–99.9 miles away may be considered at a reduced rate; candidates under 50 miles are ineligible (night shift ER position) • Pre-assignment testing and required compliance modules must be completed within 48 hours of receiving login credentials Preferred Experience / Skills • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification • First-time travelers with strong relevant skill sets and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis Why Join Us • Orientation is provided, and pre-assignment compliance modules may be reimbursable for up to 16 hours of completed time • Opportunity to work in a dynamic emergency care environment with a structured onboarding process designed to set travelers up for success
