Impact of this Role As an End Cap Operator, you will support manufacturing operations by producing dual-wall end caps with internal adhesive. These components create pressure-tight seals used to cap wires, tubes, and cables. Your work will directly influence product quality, production efficiency, workplace safety, and the team’s ability to meet business needs.
