Job Description: • Lead and manage all aspects of test management including planning execution and monitoring of testing activities. • Collect and analyze functional requirements to design comprehensive test strategies. • Develop and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts. • Coordinate defect tracking prioritization and resolution with development and QA teams. • Facilitate cross team collaboration to ensure alignment on testing scope and quality objectives. • Apply expertise in Digital Wallet Merchant offers Commerce Media and Card Linked Offers to tailor testing approaches. • Oversee functional system integration and regression testing to validate product quality. • Utilize testing methodologies and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. • Support continuous improvement of quality management processes and testing standards. • Lead Design Thinking and Ideation workshops focused on enhancing test processes and innovative quality solutions.
