Job Description: • Design develop and maintain automated test scripts and scalable frameworks using Selenium with Java. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development QA and product management to gather requirements and define effective test strategies. • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional regression and integration testing. • Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery. • Analyze test results to identify defects and provide detailed feedback to improve product quality. • Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in test automation within the SDET domain. • Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of test frameworks and automation architectures. • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the SDET team to promote best automation practices. Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and execute robust automated test cases for web applications using Selenium with Java. • Perform unit integration regression and UI testing to validate software features. • Collaborate closely with developers QA and product teams to ensure quality acceptance criteria are met. • Identify log track and manage defects using test management tools and work with developers for timely resolution. • Conduct root cause analysis RCA on defects and implement corrective actions to reduce defect escape. • Integrate automated testing with continuous integration and continuous delivery CICD pipelines. • Monitor test execution progress and report test results and metrics. • Advocate for automation best practices methodologies and tools within the team. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
