We are seeking a Sales Manager who can lead from the showroom floor while continuing to drive personal sales performance. This is a commission-based position with a forgivable draw based on the applicable minimum wage.  As a Sales Manager, you will be a hands-on sales leader responsible for coaching and developing the sales team, helping close opportunities, driving accountability, and partnering with the Store Manager to achieve store goals.  We believe in promoting from within and developing leaders for long-term careers, with opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities based on performance, leadership ability, and business needs.  Compensation  Approximately $60,000 average first-year earnings  Unlimited commission potential on personal sales  Monthly bonus opportunities on personal sales  Forgivable draw based on the applicable minimum wage for hours worked.
