This position requires a hands-on leader who can motivate team members, manage operational tasks, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities Open or close the restaurant following established procedures Lead daily back-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality Write checks for vendors and scan invoices accurately Ensure that food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance standards are consistently met Collaborate with the team to improve the speed of service, guest satisfaction, and overall cleanliness Foster personal growth and develop leadership skills in team members Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards in all areas, including production, preparation, inventory management, team supervision, and customer relations Maintain equipment, kitchen organization, and inventory levels Qualifications: Requirements: Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Harriet’s operations Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Passion for hospitality and the ability to inspire others to deliver excellence Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations, including cost control and labor management Dependable, organized, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
