You’ll respond to urgent needs, make visits, complete admissions after hours, and provide clinical expertise paired with genuine compassion. Our Weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10 or 12 hour days allows you to create meaningful work-life balance while delivering care that truly matters and working a full time position.  If you're a compassionate Registered Nurse who values meaningful patient connections and autonomy in your practice, we’d love to meet you.  Qualifications: Registered Nurse On-Call Requirements & Responsibilities:  Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)  1+ years of recent acute care experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred  Current RN license in state of practice and CPR certification  Respond to triage calls and provide after-hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care plan updates  Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needs  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, offering education and support to patients and caregivers  Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communication  Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance  Benefits & Schedule:  Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday either 10 or 12 hour days making this a full time job  Health, dental, vision, and life insurance  Company-paid short/long-term disability and basic life insurance  401(k) with up to 4% company match  Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities  Paid time off and paid holidays
