The Project Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities and managing Commercial Building Automation System (BAS) Projects. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is dependable and process oriented. The employee should have a high level of attention to detail, be accurate and consistent, and work well with others. A successful Project Manager will achieve their target goals by meeting deadlines on all projects and achieve the planned project gross profit with an emphasis on accurate labor utilization. Customer satisfaction should result in repeat business.
