What We Offer • Competitive Pay: $45-47.00 per hour, paid weekly • Your schedule, your way: PRN, Part Time, Full time Contracts, Days, Evenings, Nights all through our scheduling app on your phone • 24/7 On-Call Support from an Interim HealthCare team member • Health Insurance, Aflac Policies and 401K available based on eligibility Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities • Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and providing compassionate, individualized care • Administering medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility protocols • Assisting patients with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises • Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respirations • Providing wound care and monitoring wound healing • Providing care for patients with PEG tubes and assisting with related feeding needs, as applicable • Administering infusions and monitoring patients for responses or potential complications, as applicable • Conducting nursing assessments and monitoring patients for changes in condition that may require adjustments to their plan of care, medications, or medical equipment • Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation • Performing other nursing duties as assigned within the RN scope of practice • Assignment dependent: Capacity to act as the charge nurse on the floor for the entirety of scheduled shift • Assignment dependent: Capacity to act as the charge nurse on the floor for the entirety of scheduled shift Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota, or eligibility for licensure through reciprocity or multistate privileges, as applicable. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Previous RN experience highly preferred • Must maintain all required certifications, qualifications, and professional standards • Ability to provide compassionate, professional nursing care in a variety of healthcare settings Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
