Please fill out the form at https://pass.aie.army.mil/steps/pass_type_selection and attach proof with resume Role Summary The Drywall Finisher at Higgins Group, Inc. works within our Commercial Walls and Ceilings Division, supporting business, institutional, and large-scale construction projects. This role is responsible for producing smooth, seamless wall and ceiling finishes that are ready for final paint or coatings, while maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Core Responsibilities • Prepare and finish drywall surfaces to meet client and industry quality standards • Identify and correct imperfections including cracks, seams, and surface irregularities • Install corner bead and reinforcement materials • Prepare surfaces for final paint or coatings • Follow OSHA and company safety policies • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Coordinate with leadership and project teams • Communicate progress and material needs • Mentor less experienced finishers Required Qualifications & Conditions of Employment • Must be able to work on military instalations • Must provide and maintain personal drywall finishing tools • Ability to perform physical job duties • Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces • Must pass UA/PCP drug and alcohol screening • Employment contingent on E-Verify authorization • Must comply with safety policies Preferred Qualifications • 4+ years drywall finishing experience • Experience with finishing tools other than pan and knife • Ability to work safely on drywall stilts • Experience in fast-paced environments • Strong attention to detail Employment contingent upon passing Drug Test, Physical, and E-Verify
