Their client roster includes some of the world’s most recognized enterprise organizations. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven Client Success professional who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys growing strategic enterprise accounts. What You’ll Do • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise client accounts. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor. • Identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. • Deliver strategic guidance that maximizes client value and engagement. What We’re Looking For • Experience managing enterprise customers in a Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Success role. • Proven track record of driving account growth and upsell revenue. • Experience within HealthTech, Digital Health, Healthcare SaaS, or a related industry. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
