Our client, an established organization, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee recruiting operations, manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, and develop effective hiring strategies across North America. This role will oversee full-cycle recruiting for professional, executive, and early-career positions while improving recruiting processes, strengthening talent pipelines, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, strong leadership skills, and experience with Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems.
